Veloura Ethos Spectrum is a non-clinical, person-centered support organization for neurodivergent individuals and the families who support them.
VES was created around a simple belief: meaningful support begins by understanding the person, not simply providing a service.

Veloura Ethos Spectrum exists for one reason: to see the whole person. Not a diagnosis, not a category, not a service to be delivered. When support starts from who someone actually is, what they care about, and how they experience everyday life, it can meet them where they are.
That's what makes VES different. Meaningful support is not a program to fit into; it's a relationship that grows around the individual and the family. Every family is different, and the approach should be too.

Felisha founded Veloura Ethos Spectrum from a belief that meaningful support begins with understanding the person behind the need.
Her work with neurodivergent children, teens, young adults, and families combines education with hands-on experience in home, community, and everyday-life settings. Her approach centers on meeting people where they are while creating opportunities to build confidence, practical skills, independence, and meaningful participation in daily life.
Felisha holds a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, and an Associate degree in Culinary Arts. Her multidisciplinary background influences the way she approaches support, not simply through one professional lens, but through education, creativity, practical life experiences, community, and an understanding that growth can look different for every person.
As VES continues to grow, Felisha is also expanding its focus on caregiver guidance, mentoring, education, practical resources, and skill-building opportunities that help individuals and families carry support into everyday life.
